She has 15+ years of experience consulting to climate tech startups and companies looking to attract exceptional senior leadership talent. Sabrina has delivered across many areas of clean technology including: advanced battery technologies, green hydrogen, the built environment, advanced power generation, solar, energy storage, transportation and other related sustainable hardware.

Sabrina stays immersed in the current thinking within this industry by attending and speaking at climate conferences, leading and facilitating monthly in person round tables with climate tech founders and leaders, and actively engaging with top talent. She also serves as a recruitment advisor to climate tech venture capital companies.
