Samia Qader

Samia Qader has over 20 years of experience in strategy, innovation, and investing across the capital stack, with a focus on energy and climate markets over the past decade. She is currently an early-stage climate tech investor, having previously worked at Climate VC as a Senior Principal, a global energy trader as Head of Fundraising and Investor Relations, at Jefferies in Special Situations Trading and Technology Investment Banking, and Merrill Lynch as a Technology innovation strategist. Samia holds advisory and mentoring roles at multiple climate tech startups and accelerators. She is the founder and host of the Climate Tech 360 podcast and was recognized as one of the Top 30 Women Angel Investors in Climate.

Samia has a BA in Computer Science from Smith College, an MBA from Columbia Business School, and a Master’s in Social Innovation from the University of Cambridge.
