Sarah Kim is the founder of E-Reuse Services, Inc. (ERS), where she supports the electronics repair, recycling, and refurbishing industries through consulting and collaboration. Sarah’s passion for the industry began in 2000, when she watched her parents launch a refurbishing business. After spending seven years working in the family company, she went on to run ERC and later founded ERS to help the industry meet its evolving challenges. She supports e-Stewards certified processors as a Senior Strategy Consultant. Her work is driven by a belief in practical, responsible solutions that advance electronics reuse and sustainability.
