Sarah Kircher

Sarah Kircher is Vice President of Sustainability at Novolex, where she drives impactful strategies that address environmental responsibility, decarbonization, supply chain integrity, and the role of data and governance in responsible business. A French native now based in Chicago, she brings a global perspective and nearly two decades of experience engaging customers, advising boards, and guiding organizations through complex sustainability challenges.

Sarah began her career as a lobbyist in Brussels, working with the European Union, where she developed a deep understanding of how policy, business, and stakeholders intersect. She later moved into customer-facing roles, building her expertise in collaboration and execution while leading initiatives that balance sustainability with growth and profitability. Known for her energy, practical approach, and passion for driving meaningful change, she excels at connecting people, translating complexity into action, and building partnerships that create lasting impact. She also serves on the board of the Midwest Sustainability Network.
