Scott has dedicated over 26 years to Procter & Gamble, where he began his career in R&D, focusing on safety science and regulatory compliance across a diverse range of consumer products in the Beauty and Health Care portfolios. For the past 16 years, he has been a key leader in communicating the science behind P&G’s products to external audiences.
Today, Scott serves on P&G’s North America leadership team, leading integration across the company’s businesses on critical stewardship priorities, including extended producer responsibility, public health, ingredients, and environmental sustainability. His work is focused on integrated go-to-market planning, advocacy, and innovation that wins with consumers, creates value, and ensures compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
Scott holds a B.S. in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology from Centre College (Kentucky), as well as an M.S. in Toxicology and a Ph.D. in Pharmacology from the University of Kentucky. He resides in Cincinnati with his wife, Stephanie. Together, they have three daughters, a son-in-law, and a dog named Pepper.
