Scott Shepard has over 15 years’ experience in electric vehicle research and developing transportation decarbonization solutions. At CSE, he oversees CSE transportation programs, providing direction and leadership on EV and EV infrastructure incentive programs and research efforts across the U.S. Scott previously worked as the transportation and mobility research director at Guidehouse Insights. He has an MPA from University of Colorado Denver and a B.A. degree from Colorado State University.
