Shannon Cosentino-Roush

Shannon Cosentino-Roush is the Chief Strategy Officer at Finless Foods — a cell-cultured seafood company committed to creating a future for seafood where the ocean thrives. In her role, she oversees multiple departments including Policy, Sustainability, Marketing, Communications, and Regulatory Affairs. In addition to supporting and guiding the vision, long-term planning, and decision making for the company, Cosentino-Roush is also focused on building greater buy-in and investment in Finless’ vision among ocean conservation and policy experts, seafood industry representatives, food industry players, the FDA, and broader strategic partners.Prior to her current role, she served as an ocean policy, technical, and legal expert holding positions at the UN Food and Agriculture Organization (FAO), the US Government (NOAA), international consultancies, and US-based NGOs. Cosentino-Roush earned a B.S. in Political Science from Santa Clara University followed by a J.D. and Master in Environmental Law and Policy, both from Vermont Law School.
