Shannon Gordon is COO of Circular.co, the leading AI sourcing platform for sustainable and next-gen materials. Circular’s first-of-its-kind recycled plastic database drives transparency, efficiency and cost savings, expediting its buyers’ sustainability journey.
Shannon brings almost 20 years of executive experience at both technology startups and large global brands to the business. As VP, Customer Experience at Walmart.com, she grew Walmart’s order online, pickup-in-store business from a 7-store pilot to a $1B P&L. This work gave Shannon a passion for connecting the digital and physical world that has been core to her career ever since.
Shannon has also worked at McKinsey & Company and served as CEO of theBoardlist (acquired by Board Prospects), an online talent marketplace that brings greater diversity to public and private company boards. She has a BA from Middlebury College and an MBA from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth.
