Shannon Sajdak
Product Sustainability Leader
Trane Technologies
Shannon Sajdak is a Product Sustainability Leader at Trane Technologies. She leads the organization’s Product Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) and Environmental Product Declaration (EPD) program. In addition, she built and manages Trane’s Design for Sustainability and Circularity process, embedded into New Product Development for all products, as well as leads strategic customer sustainability partnerships and support opportunities. Prior to Trane, Shannon leveraged her LCA and carbon accounting expertise in the food technology space. She has both a BS and Master of Environmental Management from Duke University’s Nicholas School of the Environment.
