Shely Aronov

Shely Aronov is CEO/co-founder of InnerPlant, a John Deere-backed company creating crops that communicate via optical signals when they’re thirsty or sick to increase yields and reduce chemical use. Born in Israel, she is a Tel Aviv University graduate and holds an MBA from Stanford. Shely is a repeat entrepreneur, having founded a clean-label hummus brand and led a $320M World Bank-funded project to build a wastewater system in Cartagena, Colombia.
