Sophia Beavis

With 10+ years in corporate real estate and 5 years at Okta, Sophia Duluk Beavis is the Director of Corporate Real Estate and Capital Projects. She oversees the company’s real estate and workplace strategy with a core focus on integrating sustainability across the portfolio. She is responsible for building and leading Okta’s Workplace Sustainability program, which drives key initiatives such as: LEED & WELL Certifications, waste reduction practices, green lease language, and renewable energy procurement. A licensed architect, Sophia brings over eight years of experience leading design and sustainability programs in architectural practices. Prior to Okta, she worked at Meta, focusing on climate products, partnerships, and innovation. Sophia is a recognized thought leader, having presented at national conferences including Greenbuild and the Living Future Conference. In her spare time, she enjoys trail running, mountain biking, and being outside with her family.
