Sotiria Anagnostou

Sotiria Anagnostou, PhD is a distinguished ESG and corporate sustainability executive with extensive experience across real estate, finance, and manufacturing sectors. She serves as a Board Member of AZ CleanTech, where she contributes to advancing Arizona’s clean technology ecosystem alongside a collective of innovators, investors, and industry partners. Through her consultancy, Soana Climate, Sotiria offers strategic guidance to organizations on developing comprehensive sustainability initiatives, including corporate sustainability, net zero, and carbon management. Her previous roles include Head of ESG at STORE Capital and ESG Director at Federated Hermes, a leader in active asset management. Sotiria earned her PhD in Climate Risk and Adaptation from Arizona State University, a MA in Energy and Environmental Analysis from Boston University, and a BA with a double major in Political Science and Environmental Studies from Marietta College.
