Stephanie Zhu is the Director of Climate for Yum! Brands: KFC, Pizza Hut, Taco Bell and Habit Burger & Grill. She leads decarbonization and climate with a focus on restaurant energy reduction and reducing emissions from the brands’ core protein products. Prior to Yum! Brands, Stephanie led decarbonization and sustainability efforts at Delta Air Lines.
