Sudeshna Mohanty

Sudeshna is a senior associate on RMI’s Carbon-Free Transportation team. Her work involves accelerating EV adoption by developing policy and investment insights on critical enablers such as EV charging infrastructure and battery supply chains. She is a core team member of RMI’s Battery Circular Economy Initiative (BCEI), which focuses on scaling closed-loop battery supply chains with policy and market insights informed by analysis and multi-stakeholder input to support decision making. Prior to joining RMI, Sudeshna worked at Cummins Inc. as a Mechanical Systems Engineer, analyzing design problems for nearly eight years. Her work involved simulation-based modeling and experimental analysis of diesel engine components.
