Susan Hunt Stevens is an award-winning founder and CEO at the intersection of climate resilience, technology, and social impact. She is the Co-founder and CEO of Tessi, an AI-powered orchestration platform designed to accelerate access to funding and labor for home repair after disasters and enable people to build back better.

Prior to Tessi, Susan founded WeSpire, a pioneering employee experience and behavior-change platform that helped organizations activate their workforces around sustainability, inclusion, wellbeing, and social impact. WeSpire was adopted by more than 100 global enterprises, earned multiple industry awards including Fast Company’s World Changing Ideas, and was acquired by Bonterra in 2023.

Susan is widely recognized for her leadership in purpose-driven technology and has been named an EY Entrepreneur of the Year, an Environmental Leader 100 honoree, and one of the Meaningful Business 100. Beyond her operating roles, she advises venture funds, serves on several boards, and raises two college kids and a rescue lab.
