Suzanne Hilker leads Corporate Sustainability & Impact Reporting for PayPal. She is passionate about employee engagement, authentic storytelling and transparent disclosures. Prior to PayPal, Suzanne was a Senior Manager in Climate Change and Sustainability Services at EY, supporting clients in various industries improve their sustainability practices and reporting. Prior to that, Suzanne spent more than 10 years with Best Buy, leading ESG reporting. She is a graduate of Marquette University in Milwaukee, WI.
