Her career spans sustainable finance, philanthropy, and responsible supply chains across Europe, Latin America, and the United States, including roles with WeWork, the United Nations, KfW Development Bank, and ClimateWorks Foundation. She holds an MPhil in Environmental Change and Management from the University of Oxford and is fluent in English, German, Spanish, and Portuguese. Raised in a family of dairy farmers and chefs in Germany, Theresa now lives in The Hague, the Netherlands, where she enjoys exploring the coastal dunes with her family.
