Tim Thomson is currently the Chief Financial Officer of Charm Industrial, a leading carbon removal company based in the US. Prior to joining Charm in 2022, Tim held finance leadership roles at several high-growth companies in the climate sector, including Impossible Foods, Stripe, Plenty, and Meati. Before transitioning to these start-up operating roles, Tim served as a growth equity investor at ABRY Partners and started his career in investment banking at McColl Partners. He graduated from Duke University as a Robertson Scholar with a B.S. in Economics. He also currently serves as the Sustainable Finance Director for the Roundtable of Sustainable Biomaterials (RSB).
