Todd Cline currently serves as Sr Director of Sustainable Innovation for Procter & Gamble’s Global Corporate Research & Development organization. In this role, Todd has responsibility for developing and scaling transformative technologies to progress sustainability, consumer experiences, and create value for programs that can scale across industries.
In his former role, Todd was Senior Brand Director – Sustainability for North America Fabric Care. He was responsible for leading sustainability ambitions and programs for industry leading brands such as Tide, Gain, and Downy. He led key efforts including focus on cold water cleaning and habit change, reducing emissions across the product lifecycle, advancing lower impact packaging, and consumer and though leader outreach. The Tide work on habit change to cold washing is recognized as a standard for enabling both sustainability impact and growth.
Prior to joining the Fabric Care team, Todd spent more than 20 years in a variety of R&D leadership roles at P&G and has lead innovation launches across the U.S. and Europe. Todd earned an MBA from Xavier University and a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from the University of Kentucky.
