Tony Hernandez is an Engineering Leader with 20+ years of experience in Software Engineering, Architecture, and accelerating developers’ productivity. He has architected and developed numerous customer-facing applications and has contributed new frameworks to the open-source community. He is passionate about talent stewardship and has led various recruiting efforts across the nation. He coaches and mentors’ engineers on architecture, engineering, principles of design thinking, and innovation best practices. In his current role, he is focused on developing the Gen AI platform for JLLT.
