Tucker Van Aken

Tucker co-leads Systemiq’s North America strategy, working with clients across Systemiq’s platforms. Prior to joining Systemiq, Tucker was at McKinsey & Company, where he led climate and natural capital projects on five continents serving investors, foundations, national governments, DFIs, NGOs, and developers on growth strategy, financing and investment, operations, and stakeholder engagement. He also led McKinsey’s seminal Nature in the Balance report identifying actions corporates could take to limit their impacts on nature and leverage nature-based solutions.

Prior to McKinsey, Tucker spent 4 years at Albright Stonebridge Group (now DGA Group), a government relations and commercial diplomacy firm led by former Secretary of State Madeleine Albright, where he focused on serving clients in the energy space. Prior to that he was an investment banker at Credit Suisse and Fulbright Scholar researching industrial energy policy in China.

Tucker has an MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business and a BA from Middlebury College.
