Tyson Maulhardt is Director of Energy Solutions at Prologis, where he leads the deployment of onsite solar and battery storage across Prologis’ North American real estate portfolio in support of the company’s net zero goals. In this role, he is directly responsible for structuring, procuring, and executing renewable energy projects, while also working alongside customers who are pursuing their own clean energy strategies.
A veteran of the renewable energy industry since 2013, Tyson brings more than a decade of hands-on experience developing and delivering solar and storage solutions across industrial, logistics, retail, transportation, and public sector assets. Prior to joining Prologis in 2021, he held senior roles at Tesla and Duke Energy, where he led large-scale renewable energy deployments and worked closely with energy buyers navigating evolving market conditions.
He holds a B.A. in Business Management Economics from the University of California, Santa Cruz. Outside of work, Tyson enjoys playing music, surfing, and traveling with his family of four.
