Before founding Relocalize, Wayne held senior leadership roles in technology companies across the B2B software, biotechnology, and aerospace industries, including CAE and SPI Pharma. In these roles, he led business & corporate development, growth strategy, M&A and commercial transformations, building a strong foundation of expertise in driving innovation and growth.
Wayne holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc), a Doctor of Laws (JD), and an MBA, complementing his multidisciplinary expertise in technology, business, and legal domains. His thought leadership has been recognized through multiple speaking engagements at industry-leading conferences, such as the Food Automation & Manufacturing Conference and the ABB Robotics Summit.
