Youssef Mestari

Youssef Mestari is the Managing Director in PwC’s Sustainability Practice and co-leads the firm’s U.S. Decarbonization and Sustainable Operations efforts. He specializes in energy cost reduction initiatives and industrial decarbonization, working with clients in the industrial sector, data centers, and REITs—particularly those for whom energy costs are a major expense.

With a broader background in corporate strategy, digital transformation, and lean operations, Youssef brings deep expertise in driving efficiency and sustainability. Before joining PwC, he spent seven years at Honeywell in various leadership roles, including Chief Strategy Officer for Industrial Automation, Chief Marketing Officer for Building Automation, and General Manager for Sustainable Solutions.

Youssef holds dual master’s degrees in Electrical Engineering and Telecommunications from École Normale Supérieure and Télécom Paris in France. He also conducted research in data analytics and signal processing at MIT.
