Zach Pinto

Zach is Director of Carbon & Ecosystem Markets at AgSpire, where he leads services at the intersection of Scope 3 client strategy, program design, carbon accounting, MRV technologies, and ecosystem markets. He brings deep experience in farm-level carbon accounting, voluntary and compliance markets, ESG reporting, and science-based targets, supporting food and agriculture companies, industry groups, and producers in meeting sustainability goals.

Zach previously managed sustainability services at Pinion Global and began his career in regenerative agriculture studying carbon sequestration in row-crop systems with the Woods Hole Consortium. He holds a BA in Environmental Science from Middlebury College and is an accredited verifier under the California Low Carbon Fuel Standard and Oregon Clean Fuels Program.
