4Ocean was founded in 2017 by surfers Alex Schulze and Andrew Cooper after they saw plastic waste on the beaches of Bali, Indonesia. 4ocean’s business model funds cleanups, creates jobs for people impacted by plastic pollution, and inspires action on behalf of the ocean.
