Salt River Project

Salt River Project (SRP) is a community-based, not-for-profit organization providing reliable, affordable, and sustainable water and energy to over 2 million people in central Arizona.

Since 1903, SRP has played an important role in Arizona’s development through two separate organizations: the ‘Association,’ a private water corporation, and the ‘District,’ a provider of Phoenix electricity founded in 1937. With a commitment to sustainability, SRP’s 2050 Vision’s goal is to secure a future of clean energy and water, to ensure Arizona thrives for generations. Our guiding principles remain the same, to serve our communities and build a better future for Arizona.
