Anthony Toppi is a senior manager of the Company Network at Ceres. In that role, he engages with Ceres Company Network members in the transportation, technology and apparel sectors to enhance reporting and performance on human rights and sustainable supply chains. Prior to joining Ceres, Anthony held several positions working in the field of human and civil rights. As an assistant for the Harvard Kennedy School’s Program on Criminal Justice, Anthony supported academics and practitioners with publishing leading research on the disproportionate impacts of probation and parole laws. As a litigation assistant for GLBTQ Advocates & Defenders (GLAD), Anthony supported a team of lawyers on several high-profile cases including U.S. v. Windsor, the case overturning the federal government’s Defense of Marriage Act and ensuring access to the rights and benefits of marriage for same-sex couples.
