A.R. Siders

Assistant Professor, Disaster Research Center,
University of Delaware

A.R. Siders is an assistant professor in the Biden School of Public Policy and Administration and in Geography and Spatial Sciences at the University of Delaware and a core faculty member of the Disaster Research Center. Siders' research focuses on climate change adaptation policy, understanding how adaptation decisions are made and how those decisions affect social justice and risk reduction outcomes. Siders was previously an Environmental Fellow at the Harvard University Center for the Environment, a Presidential Management Fellow for the U.S. Navy, and a scholar at the Sabin Center for Climate Change Law at Columbia University. She holds a J.D. from Harvard Law School and a Ph.D. from Stanford University. She is originally from Duluth, Minnesota, and misses the cold.
