Ariel Hayward

Ariel leads Climate Strategy + Solutions at Patch, the platform powering climate action. Ariel brings vast carbon markets knowledge to the team, where she currently focuses on developing new commercial solutions to unlock investment in climate solutions and advising companies on carbon credit portfolio builds to maximize climate goals. Prior to Patch, Ariel worked at Carbon by Indigo Ag, helping to develop their soil carbon credit business strategy. Ariel also spent time in impact investing strategies at The Rise Fund and was a consultant with Bain & Company. She forgoes a permanent address in favor of traveling around the western U.S. with her dog, Nelson, to experience the natural world and wild places we are all working to protect.
