Carolina Lima Perlingiere has over 15 years of experience working on responsible investing, corporate social responsibility and sustainability issues in the private sector and at international organizations.
She is director of ESG integration and reporting at Verability, a boutique sustainability consultancy. Perlingiere is also a co-founder of Rio Ethical Fashion, the largest international forum on fashion and sustainability in Latin America. Previously, she co-founded Fauna, an online platform focused on sustainable fashion brands from Brazil.
Perlingiere was the United Nations Global Compact’s Client Engagement Manager for the Americas and Spain, and held consultant positions at the Principles for Responsible Investment (PRI) and the UN Global Compact’s LEAD platform in New York. She also worked as a researcher with the UN Development Programme in Singapore and Indonesia, and held in-house positions at a Global Fortune 500 company in Brazil, where she focused on climate change issues.
