Caroline Davenport

Caroline Davenport is a student at the University of Maryland College Park majoring in Public Policy and minoring in Sustainability and Spanish. Energy and Environmental Policy Fellow with UMD's Federal Fellows program. Most recently the Agricultural Adaptation Global Fellow at the World Resources Institute.
