Cathy graduated from the University of Manchester in 2014 having studied Spanish and Chinese. She has spent time studying abroad in both Santiago de Compostela in Spain and Nanjing in China. She is particularly interested in sustainable sourcing and the impact businesses can have on rural communities across the world. Her previous experience includes taking part in a natural resource management project in rural Nicaragua and working in the marketing team for travel brand, Black Tomato.
