Cecile Oger works with BSR members to help them improve and advance their sustainability strategies for a more inclusive world.Since joining BSR, Cecile has worked and led large projects on stakeholder engagement, strategy, materiality, largely focusing on the healthcare and consumer products sectors. Cecile runs BSR’s Healthcare Working Group and contributes to the Investing in Women initiative.Prior to joining BSR, Cecile served as consulting deputy director for SGS Sustainability Services. Her work involved developing service offerings to ensure more sustainable supply chains. Before that, she was executive director of SFSTP, one of the largest associations of industrial pharmacists in Europe. She also worked with the pharmaceuticals, cosmetics, mining and transportation sectors at Clariant.
