He has prior experience as a technology consultant with Accenture, and he has worked with various companies in the alternative energy industry, where his roles involved assessing demand-side management and utility-scale wind opportunities. Charlie holds an MBA from the University of Texas at Austin and a BS in mechanical engineering from the University of Maryland.
