Chris Noonan

Chris Noonan is the senior program adviser at the Institute for Energy & Sustainability. He brings his experience and passion in urban sustainability and participatory management to help unite business, environmental and economic development opportunities. At IES, Noonan is involved in a number of programs to develop the clean technology market, including work with companies specializing in energy management, smart grid technology, electric vehicles and sustainability planning.
