Douglas Leung

Douglas Leung is a second year MBA student exploring the intersection of finance and the energy transition and finding ways to accelerate the deployment of capital into sustainable infrastructure. At CBEY, Douglas writes about energy transition and decarbonization topics for Yale's Clean Energy Finance Forum. In his spare time, Douglas enjoys exploring the natural landscapes that New England has to offer, watching (and re-watching) documentaries by David Attenborough and scuba diving in warm waters. Last summer, Douglas interned at Macquarie’s Green Investment Group, where he focused on evaluating investment opportunities across solar and wind projects and developing an investment strategy for green hydrogen. Prior to Yale, Douglas worked in the corporate finance division at Standard Chartered Bank, where he focused on executing project finance and advisory transactions for oil and gas, metals and mining and agribusiness companies across Southeast Asia.
