Ellie Buechner

As SVP, Conferences at GreenBiz, Ellie Buechner manages the operations for all GreenBiz events and program development for the GreenBiz Forum. She is dedicated to advancing sustainability by convening top thought leaders and executives who can work together to make change happen. She has managed events throughout the U.S. and around the world, including in San Francisco, New York, Washington, Boston, Chicago, Minneapolis, Phoenix, London, Paris, Shanghai and Sao Paulo. Beyond her work with GreenBiz, her sustainability background includes teaching environmental education curriculums in Malawi and Nicaragua, tagging sea turtles in the Bahamas and using social media to promote sustainability locally and internationally. She holds a bachelors degree in international studies from Middlebury College.
