Emily Grady

Emily is the Director of Engagement for Redefining Value at WBCSD, dedicated to creating and driving a high-quality member experience as companies navigate the rapidly evolving ESG landscape. She is passionate about helping companies advance an ambitious sustainability agenda within their own organizations while catalyzing broader systemic change at the same time.Before joining Redefining Value, Emily was part of WBCSD’s Food and Agriculture team, working with member companies to accelerate the adoption of healthy and sustainable eating patterns around the world. Emily received her Master of Environmental Management (MEM) from Yale University, where she focused on business and the environment. She graduated from Bates College with a B.A. in Environmental Studies.
