Erin Baudo Felter has built a career working at the intersection of business and social impact. She has held  leadership roles across CSR, social impact, sustainability and ESG practices at both early stage and mature, public companies. Erin is currently the Vice President of Social Impact and Sustainability at Okta where she leads the company’s ESG and social impact function, leveraging Okta’s most important assets – its people, products and corporate resources – to create long-term value for people and the planet.
