Erin Hiatt is the Senior Director of Sustainability & Innovation at RILA, the US trade association for retailers that have earned leadership status by virtue of their sales volume, innovation or aspiration. She manages the association's environmental and social sustainability committee portfolio, co-leads its innovation work and supports its diversity & inclusion leaders council, helping retailers benchmark and advance their programs in these areas. Erin has Bachelors of Arts in Environmental and Energy Public Policy and French from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
