Hadas Webb

Hadas Webb serves as Deputy Director at Browning the Green Space, a New England nonprofit taking a systems-based approach to facilitating a just energy transition by creating jobs, building wealth, and reducing the energy burden in communities of color. Hadas leads the small business initiatives focused on increasing representation of underrepresented groups as contractors for energy efficiency and clean energy, and enabling entrepreneurs in underrepresented groups to gain access to resources including technical assistance, networks, contracts, and capital. Previously, as Managing Director of Analytics for Cimetrics, her responsibilities included stakeholder engagement, process improvement, innovation, and team leadership. She holds a bachelor's degree from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and a master's degree from Carnegie Mellon University, both in mechanical engineering, and is a Certified Energy Manager.
