Iryna Ozymok coordinates the Local Economic Development Program for Western NIS Enterprise Fund, a $150 million regional fund and a pioneer in Ukraine and Moldova with more than two decades of successful experience in investing in small and medium-sized companies. WNISEF was funded by the U.S. government via the U.S. Agency for International Development. Within the framework of the program, a number of transformation projects were supported, among them the e-public procurement system ProZorro, ProZorro.Sale 1991 Open Data Incubator, Technovation Challenge project, CANactions Scholl of Urban Studies, reconstruction of schools in post-war territory and the "Hub Schools" project.She co-founded the International Mayors Summit, launched in 2016 as a knowledge exchange platform for local government leaders and representatives of the major stakeholders in local development at global level. The summit is supported by the prime minister of Ukraine and the mayor of Kyiv.Previously, Iryna worked at ADETEF, a public agency of French international technical assistance under the Ministry of Finance of France that ensures intergovernmental cooperation between the two countries at the national and regional levels in the field of public finance, audit, public service reform, energy efficiency and transport.In addition, she supports a socially active lifestyle: she participated in the intercontinental swimming Bosphorus Cross Continental Swimming Race, which swept through the Bosphorus 6.5 km long, and is a member of the board of the Association "Professional Government," which brings together more than 3,000 graduates leading universities of the world who have returned and are working in Ukraine.
