Jeff Senne

Jeff Senne has worked at the intersection of corporate change management and societal development for over 30 years. He has held leadership positions at the United Nations, PwC, the African Development Bank, and Sodexo. Jeff goes beyond the typical ROI focus areas to work with companies to help them underpin the foundations on which the value they create and receive is based: capitalism, globalism, the rule of law, and unity. Jeff has led the creation of over a dozen corporate responsibility reports and another dozen publications on improving corporate change efforts and impacts. Jeff has spoken on optimizing corporate performance to audiences around the world, regularly leads trainings, and is passionate about sharing how companies drive organizational change and holistic value creation. Jeff holds a MA from the United Nations University for Peace and a BA from the University of Illinois. Jeff is an avid kitesurfer, married with an 11-year-old son, and is moving back to Washington, DC, after three years in Buenos Aires, Argentina.
