Kali Gibson

Kali Gibson is co-director of certification and verification at B Lab Global, the nonprofit network transforming the global economic system to benefit all people, communities and the planet. In this role, she leads a team working to ensure that companies interested in B Corp Certification receive timely, quality and meaningful verification services that focus on transparent, reasonable and consistent decisions related to their social and environmental performance. There are over 5,000 Certified B Corps, representing more than 80 countries.  In addition, Gibson works with Scotland CAN B, which trains business support professionals in the latest impact tools, mindsets and methodologies, so that they can support Scottish businesses to measure and manage their social, environmental and governance performance. Kali is committed to playing an active role in creating an inclusive economy focused on well-being. Gibson completed her bachelor's degree in business at Eastern University, where she studied economic development. She holds a certificate in management and leadership from Temple University. Most recently, Gibson finished her masters degree in social business and microfinance from Glasgow Caledonian University.
