Nidia Martínez

Nidia Martínez is an award-winning Ph.D. scientist and climate expert. She has spent the past seven-plus years in the insurance industry where she became a recognized subject matter expert in Climate and Catastrophe Risk Management. Her work in insurance has been diverse and enriching in a number of ways. She has had the opportunity to develop business programs and manage initiatives with the most talented senior executives and brilliant teams: from corporate functions such as R&D and Enterprise Risk Management, to business units such as P&C UW, Client Markets, Public and Private Sector Solutions, and Climate and Resilience.
