Pamela Ravasio

Pamela Ravasio founded the Shirahime Advisory in 2009. She is a specialist in corporate management and responsibility with a focus on innovative digitalized processes. In the past, she held corporate roles as Global Stakeholder Manager and as Head of CSR & Sustainability. Under her leadership, the European outdoor industry developed into a leader in future-proofing an industry dominated by SMEs, private capital and family companies.
