Raquel Soat is a research analyst in Navigant Research’s Transportation Efficiencies program. She applies her previous experience to developing market forecasts, studying consumer preferences and analyzing emerging technologies. Her areas of interest include EV adoption and connecting vehicles to the grid, in addition to sustainability and renewable energy implementation.Prior to joining Navigant Research, Soat held internships in municipal government and with political nonprofits. She also completed agriculture-based research in the environmental sciences department of Emory University. Soat holds a bachelor's degree in political science from Emory.
