Rishi Reddi oversees policy advocacy at Ceres for the Northeast states, focusing on developments in Massachusetts and New Hampshire, as well as regional initiatives such as off-shore wind and the Regional Greenhouse Gas Initiative. Prior to joining the Ceres policy team, Rishi was the Director of Environmental Justice for the Massachusetts Executive Office of Energy and Environmental Affairs.
