Samantha Childress

At Schneider Electric, Samantha "Sam" Childress leads a team of cross-functional solution architects who design localized energy systems called microgrids. These energy solutions enable energy users to be more sustainable, economical and resilient to climate-related events. She also leads the partnership alignment between Schneider Electric and Footprint Project, a disaster relief organization that uses clean energy solutions to respond to climate disasters such as wildfires and hurricanes. With a background in renewable energy technologies, Sam is working toward a cleaner, more reliable, and more equitable energy future.
